While ultimately monitoring utmost member satisfaction, our Sales Support Associates contribute to sales results both through individual and department goals. They answer and assist callers from our business queue and audit member accounts to ensure accuracy.  Sales Support personnel conduct member training on business equipment and services while also having the opportunity to stay updated on new products, procedures, and services and represent HTC at community functions.

Inventory Specialists are responsible for the receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials while keeping accurate records of all inventory transactions on a daily basis. Strong attention to detail is important when managing shelf space and ensuring all materials are properly packaged, labeled, and stocked in sufficient quantities.    Inventory Specialists have the opportunity to interact with different departments across the Cooperative through completing and delivering orders to the correct parties in a timely manner. By keeping a safe, organized, and efficient workplace as first priority, Inventory Specialists maintain, monitor, and record accurate inventory levels through inventory management and internal controls. Inventory Specialists assist in other areas of the Financial Operations Department as needed to meet the overall objectives of the department.     This position may have varied levels of responsibilities and pay opportunities. Consideration of relevant skills, knowledge, and prior experience are factors used to determine selection and placement of applicant.

Our Construction workers interpret routine service orders and engineering work orders which diagram how cable is to be laid in trenches, plowed, or erected on pole lines.  They assist in the placing of cable within the underground conduit system, placement of direct buried cable using plow, digging, trenching and boring equipment, restoring all disturbed surfaces, such as concrete and bituminous pavement, trims trees and perform other landscaping duties as necessary.    This position may have varied levels of responsibilities and pay opportunities. Consideration of relevant skills, knowledge, and prior experience are factors used to determine selection and placement of applicant.  Based on applicant’s qualifications and departmental needs, the position may be filled in either a part-time or full-time status. Applicants must hold a CDL permit to be considered for a full-time role.
