By leading at the front line of our cooperative, you’ll offer customized solutions, identify sales opportunities, and provide service for our members. You’ll bring your strong skills in relationship building and conflict resolution to motivate members to continue using our products. That means working with creative negotiation and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.
What is on the line? Under general supervision, a Customer Relations Associate in our Call Center accepts, solicits, and processes new sales of all lines of business, including but not limited to, telephone, cable television, broadband, wireless, and all ancillary products and services associated with the business lines.
While this position is part of HTC's Call Center queue, it is not located in our central Call Center facility. The individual in this role will report to our location in Georgetown.
Completed a high school degree or GED and be seeking an Associate's or Bachelor's level degree in a Business related degree | Understanding of latest technology |
Customer service experience preferred | Ability to work flexible hours including Saturday's, call-out, call-in, shift work, and some holidays |
