Big opportunities are stocked inside our Branch Offices. A Retail Customer Relations Associate accepts, solicits, and processes new sales of all lines of business, including but not limited to, Voice, Video/HTC TV Max, Internet, Mobile, Security, and all ancillary products and services associated with the business lines. They connect with members through face-to-face interaction, phone call, and email to assist with orders, questions, payments, and more.
Completed a high school degree or GED. | Understanding of latest technology. |
Minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
| Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays, call-in, call-out, shift work, and some holidays.
