This role contributes to the day-to-day operations of HR while serving as a dependable and approachable resource for employees across the Cooperative.
In this position, the selected candidate will work closely with HR leadership and teams across the organization to provide consistent, high-quality support across a range of HR functions. This role offers flexibility in scope, allowing responsibilities to align with the individual’s experience and strengths while supporting the operational and, where applicable, more analytical and strategic needs of the HR function. It is suited for someone who values both detail-oriented work and employee interaction—an individual who is organized, adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to supporting others in a professional and meaningful way.
Responsibilities as an HR Representative/HR Generalist include but are not limited to:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. SHRM-CP certification preferred.
This position may be filled at either the HR Representative or HR Generalist level based on the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities and compensation will align with the level at which the position is filled.
A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. (Preferred)

Ability to learn and understand all HR technology. Understanding of the latest technology and working knowledge of MS products, PeopleSoft, Canva, iCIMS, etc.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality without exception.
