What you’ll do as an Inside Telephone Sales Representative:
In this role, you’ll connect with local businesses by phone to help them improve their visibility and reach more customers through effective advertising solutions. You’ll build relationships with existing advertisers by identifying opportunities to enhance their current advertising programs while also prospecting new customers from assigned leads and competitive advertising channels. To deliver effective recommendations, you’ll gather and analyze information about each customer’s past and current advertising strategies. Using market insights, sales tools, and product knowledge, you’ll craft tailored advertising solutions that address business needs, answer customer questions, and drive successful outcomes for local businesses.
Completed a high school degree or GED. | Minimum of three years of sales experience. |
Understanding of latest technology and ability to meet qualifications to work remotely. | Prior experience selling directory advertising, including Yellow Pages or local print business directories, is required. |
