By leading at the front line of our cooperative, you’ll offer customized solutions, identify sales opportunities, and provide service for our members. You’ll bring your strong skills in relationship building and conflict resolution to motivate members to continue using our products. That means working with creative negotiation and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.
What is on the line? Under general supervision, a Customer Relations Associate in our Call Center accepts, solicits, and processes new sales of all lines of business, including but not limited to, Internet, HTC TV Max, Video, Security, Mobile, Voice and all ancillary products and services associated with the business lines.
Our Customer Relations Associates begin with an hourly base pay of $17.18 along with quarterly bonus opportunities that adds an additional $2-$3 per hour on average. Associates are gifted one week of PTO on their first day along with many other lucrative benefits.
Hours of Operation of the Contact Center are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm. Schedule of the employee may vary on occasion and is based upon a 40 hour work week.
