Payment Services Representatives are responsible for calling on past due accounts in an attempt to collect unpaid balances prior to credit close dates. The payment services team also coordinates auto draft payment arrangements in effort to maximize company revenues. While maintaining and documenting call and payment logs for management review, you would also be available to answer the customer service line during peak periods and to communicate any claims issues to the Customer Service team.
